STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to store credit only. To receive your return label, please email: support@nxtrndusa.com

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging and in brand new condition.
  • Apparel/Socks/Gloves must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. All MOUTHGUARD sales are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from nxtrndusa.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

VISOR RETURN POLICY
Once the visor is attached to the helmet and is in use, it can not be returned. To receive your return label, please email: support@nxtrndusa.com

Prior to purchase, we recommend verifying with your coach or local league to know if COLORED/CLEAR visors are allowed to be worn. We do NOT accept returns for used items that are banned from being worn because of rules established by your league or coach. It is your responsibility to verify clearance prior to purchase.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
